The food was quite salty overall, and adjusting the spice level didn’t help much. The crab meat also didn’t come out of the shell easily—some pieces were fine, but others were difficult to eat.

Food flavor is okay, atmosphere is as expected. Costumer service needs improvement. We almost tought our server disnt speak English because when we arrived she only signaled us to follow Herald signaled us to our table then left with out saying a word. She came back about 7 mi uses later and said -what you want for drink- we gave her our drink order and said we were already to place our food order. She rolled her eyes and said -ill be back to take your order, first I have to bring your drinks- once our food and drinks arrived she inky came back to give us our check. We were charged the automatic tip because we are a large group. But really she didnt deserve a penny for tip.

This was my second time trying out Golden Crab and my first experience was good, no complaints - I got the 1/2 crab and 1/2 shrimp combo (delicious). This time I really wanted to treat myself and got the King crab legs ($58 1lb) and black mussels ($8 1/2 lb)... When my food came out I was confused because I thought something was wrong with the king crab legs. Come to find out they cut off the spikes on the shell as you can see in the attached photo. I asked my waiter about it and he said that is something they do, but in my mind I was confused about that. Then while my waiter was standing at the table I couldn’t crack them because the shell was so squishy (could bend it backwards with my hands) my waiter brought me scissors trying to help… I can clearly see that is not the issue here. Once I CUT it open the crab was completely overcooked, rubber & not edible. I said something and it was just awkward so I gave up & paid $58 dollars for something I couldn’t even eat and still tipped 20%. All in all I just wish I was heard as a customer because I know what crab & king crab should taste like but felt pushed aside. Always fun to watch fam eat seafood. 😝😝😝The portion is generous and spices just right. Their salmon pasta comes with 🥦. Crab Rangoon and fries were pretty good also.

Ricky, my server was absolutely awesome. Awesome! Full of smiles. Very helpful. Now the food from the snow crab to the shrimp to the muscles to the sausage. Everything was absolutely tender . Cooked to perfection. Rubbery and nothing undercooked absolutely some of the best seafood that I've had in the longest time. And I eat out all the time 👍🏽 Great job!🙌🏽🙏🏽❤️ Not to mention the wrong oysters were extremely tender. Cleaned no grit at all and they were just so big and meaty. Worth every penny.
